SYNOPSIS:

Two EPA agents search for proof that Grayhawk Chemical Research is responsible for the illegal dumping of an experimental growth hormone GH-1-66. The odd side effect is anything that consumes a animal injected or consumed GH-1-66 begins to grow. The leaky canisters were drank by flies in the swamp around the island of Moorsville in the Florida swamp and the local frogs ate the flies.

Now the flies are gigantic and it's up to the EPA agents to find a way to stop the Frogs and put the crooked Anton Grayhawk away for good for the crimes he commited.
